What you will do

• Create and schedule content across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Develop captions, basic graphics, and video content for brand storytelling.
• Monitor social engagement, track performance metrics, and compile reports.
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to improve best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain brand consistency across all channels.
• Coordinate with influencers and handle UGC campaign execution.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or Business.
• Must be available to work on-site in Mooresville, NC Monday through Friday for the duration of the summer internship.
• Proficiency with content tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for presenting performance insights to partners.
