Decision Scientist, Member Lifecycle (Ecommerce): Developing data-driven strategies to improve onboarding, retention, and cross-activation of users with an accent on churn modeling and behavioral segmentation. Focus on building automatically triggered treatments and measuring success via AB testing and hold-out experiments.
Location: Hybrid (Offices across Europe, HQ in Vilnius). 2 days in office recommended but not enforced.

What you will do
- Define lifecycle stages and actionable segments based on user data to optimize onboarding and retention.
- Build churn models and develop automatically triggered communication treatments to engage members.
- Conduct ad-hoc deep-dives, AB testing, and hold-out experiments to measure the performance and success of initiatives.
- Propose and implement key business performance metrics, setting up monitoring to proactively flag issues.
- Partner with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Promote analytics best practices to cultivate a data-driven culture within the domain.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Econometrics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a Decision Science or Data Analytics role.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, including regression analysis and inferential techniques.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Experience in customer lifecycle management or Marketing campaign analytics.
