What you will do

• Prepare accurate general ledger entries and support month-end close with balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze accounting records, monitor balance fluctuations, and perform complex reconciliations.
• Collaborate with international bookkeeping providers and assist with annual audits.
• Prepare and support VAT reporting.
• Identify and implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist Senior Accounting Manager with special projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting or similar field
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• Qualified accountant with ACCA or similar (Big 4 preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving
• Strong communication skills in English
