What you will do

• Design, build, and evolve shared AI platform capabilities used by multiple teams
• Define platform architecture, technical standards, and patterns for AI development
• Build reusable internal APIs, SDKs, templates, and reference implementations
• Improve reliability, scalability, observability, and operational maturity of platform services
• Strengthen CI/CD, release engineering, cloud patterns, and service lifecycle practices
• Collaborate with product, architecture, security, and engineering teams to ensure platform adoption
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and backend/platform engineering experience
• System design and architecture skills for shared services or internal platforms
• Experience owning production systems including deployment, monitoring, and incident handling
• Practical experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building or contributing to production AI/LLM systems
• Understanding of LLM integration, observability, security, and full service lifecycle

Nice to have

• Experience with internal developer platforms or AI infrastructure
• Familiarity with AI observability tools like LangSmith
• Experience with evaluation workflows, cost visibility, or FinOps for AI
• Improving developer experience through SDKs, templates, or standards
