What you will do

• Create high-quality weapons, props, and environment assets for real-time applications.
• Develop 3D assets based on provided references and conceptual input.
• Set up and tweak materials and scene placement directly within Unreal Engine.
• Optimize assets for performance while maintaining strong visual quality.
• Collaborate with the Art Director, Producer, and Lead Artist through iterative feedback.
• Stay updated with industry trends and workflows relevant to weapon and prop art.

Requirements

• Strong experience creating photorealistic weapons and props for real-time use.
• Proficiency in Substance Painter and modeling software such as Blender, Maya, or 3ds Max.
• Knowledge of subdivision modeling and CAD tools like Plasticity or Fusion 360.
• Full understanding of the PBR workflow and baking techniques.
• Experience with Unreal Engine 5.x, including asset import and material integration.
• English: B1 level (writing and listening) required for team and customer communication.
