Affiliate Manager (Web3)

hirify.global is building a blockchain-based operating system for prop firms to leverage perpetual futures, prediction markets, and spot assets.

What you will do

• Build and grow a diverse roster of affiliates, including creators, trading sites, and sub-affiliate networks
• Negotiate commercial terms such as rev-share, CPA, and hybrid models
• Coordinate with marketing and product teams on landing pages, tracking links, and promotional windows
• Detect and eliminate affiliate fraud, including cookie stuffing and multi-accounting
• Ensure compliance within the regulated prop trading environment
• Scale attributable revenue while driving down CAC

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience running affiliate marketing as a program owner
• Track record in SaaS, fintech, gambling, forex, or crypto
• Strong numeracy skills, specifically with LTV, CAC, ROI, and attribution windows
• Hands-on experience with tracking platforms like Tune, Affise, or Everflow
• Fluent written English for drafting contracts and partner communications
• Must be based in the Europe Timezone

Nice to have

• Existing relationships in the trading, prop-firm, or brokerage affiliate world
• Experience with crypto payouts and on-chain operational hygiene
• Technical experience specifying attribution or postback changes with engineering teams
• Proficiency in X, Discord, and Telegram for partner management
