What you will do

• Lead and develop a high-performing, customer-focused Procurement & Sustainability team.
• Drive Procurement Excellence initiatives across various Lines of Business.
• Manage categories and contribute to strategic sourcing decisions.
• Take overarching responsibility for sustainability within the procurement domain.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Optimize end-to-end supplier and customer journeys (SRM).

Requirements

• Strong and long-term leadership experience.
• Proven track record of creating financial value and delivering measurable results.
• Deep understanding of the automotive industry, specifically in claims handling.
• Solid stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant academic background with an analytical and structured mindset.
• Must be based in Sweden or Finland.
