What you will do

• Lead, secure, and expand the Operations team to ensure readiness and capacity for customer contracts.
• Own the daily relationship with customers and partners, handling requests and regular communication.
• Manage daily operational planning, including resource allocation, documentation, and vehicle updates.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics to secure KPIs and SLAs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain/Operations, or Logistics.
• Extensive experience in customer-facing roles within Freight Logistics, Fleet Management, or Autonomous Vehicle operations.
• Fluent communication in English and Swedish (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Gothenburg for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with heavy-duty vehicles.
• Proficiency in German.
