What you will do
- Process HR transactions and Compensation & Benefits activities via ticketing systems.
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage pre-onboarding activities, including employment contracts and personnel file maintenance.
- Maintain HR data accuracy and prepare periodic internal and external reports and dashboards.
- Train and provide support to team members while acting as the main point of contact for different countries.
- Ensure all HR documentation complies with local legislation.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar HR administration role.
- Full professional fluency in English and German.
- Deep knowledge of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and general HR fields.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Must be based in or able to work in Bucharest, Romania.
