Branch Manager (Agribusiness)

What you will do

• Design and implement regional procurement strategies to deliver volumes according to the business plan.
• Optimize processing and quality resources to maximize capacity and minimize controllable losses.
• Manage budgets for all direct and indirect business costs.
• Oversee counterparty and credit risk management for buying and selling operations.
• Interface with regulatory bodies for permissions and approvals and negotiate with producers.
• Lead and motivate the local team to align with the overall coffee strategy.

Requirements

• University degree in Agronomy, Business Management, or Engineering.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in multinational companies, exporters, or agricultural commodities.
• Advanced English prhirify.globalciency (Required).
• High international mobility and willingness to settle in different locations.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
