What you will do

  • Support lifecycle management of shopfloor systems including MES, Historian, and integrated applications.
  • Enhance system performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing applications.
  • Facilitate IT-OT integration to ensure seamless connectivity between enterprise and shopfloor systems.
  • Manage application governance processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production-impacting incidents.
  • Contribute to system upgrades and ongoing digital transformation initiatives aligned with GxP compliance.

Requirements

  • Expertise in shopfloor systems, MES, ERP integration, Data Historian platforms, and IIoT connectivity.
  • Strong understanding of IT-OT system architecture and integration frameworks.
  • Experience working in GxP-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
  • Familiarity with validation and compliance standards in regulated industries.
  • Proficiency in project management, process improvement, and problem-solving methodologies.
  • English: Fluent level required.
