What you will do

• Plan and implement the independent execution of projects, ensuring coordination with stakeholders and compliance with technical standards.
• Create design plans based on technical consultant requirements or direct client consultation.
• Develop proposal presentations and present technical solutions to clients.
• Perform independent problem-solving, including calculations and technical descriptions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to employees involved in project sub-streams.
• Conduct preliminary static calculations to support planning and collaborate with specialized departments to optimize outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree (Btech, BENG, or BScENG) in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of formwork exhirify.globalence required.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, BricsCAD, or comparable software.
• Strong structural analysis skills and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently while aligning with team objectives.
