Salary: £24,500 (rest of UK) – £27,000 (London) annually (pro rata)

What you will do

• Use the Scopus database to search for and identify experts to act as peer reviewers.
• Assist with the preparation and coordination of twice-weekly editorial meetings.
• Source appropriate photographs from image libraries to illustrate key research papers.
• Participate in departmental meetings to support journal operations.
• Shadow other departments including production, multimedia, communications, and the press office.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Studying for or have achieved a degree in a bioscience or health profession.
• Proficiency in PC literacy and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong interest in the critical analysis of health research.
