What you will do

• Coordinate materials to ensure timely availability at the correct locations.
• Assist with the delivery of materials during installations and promptly escalate issues.
• Prepare material-related documents and maintain accurate tracking sheets.
• Manage customer site access permissions and coordinate the release of IT assets.
• Prepare laptops with necessary software and tools for use in FAB environments.
• Maintain effective communication and resource sharing across different hirify.global sectors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Associate degree with over 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Driver’s license required for travel to Pyeongtaek, Icheon, and Cheongju.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to diverse cultures.
• Legal authorization to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.

Nice to have

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or logistics coordination.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
