What you will do

• Provide support to internal users of computer applications and hardware.
• Answer questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, and system status.
• Collaborate with network services, software systems engineering, and application development to restore service and identify problems.
• Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
• Coach, review, and delegate work to lower-level professionals.

Requirements

• Recognized subject matter expert with specialized knowledge in the function.
• Experience managing large projects or processes.
• Possess broad knowledge of professional field and other related functions.
• Strong skills acquired through advanced training, study, and experience.
• Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• Minimum 8 years of functional experience including a minimum of 5 years of position-specific experience.
