What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of system test and evaluation activities.
- Develop and implement verification strategies across both hardware and software domains.
- Ensure system requirements are testable, traceable, and objectively verified.
- Provide technical leadership and assurance across verification activities and enabling systems.
- Coordinate with Project Engineering Managers to align verification with program delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in verification processes, tools, and methodologies.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or a related discipline.
- Deep experience in system verification and validation (V&V) within complex engineering programs.
- Proven capability in test planning, execution, and requirement traceability.
- Solid understanding of the systems engineering lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with engineering toolsets such as Jira and IFS Applications.
- Must be an Australian citizen eligible to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
