Hybrid role with 50% office attendance mandatory at our office in Perth, Australia.

What you will do
- Serve as primary escalation point for customer issues and production incidents, owning investigation, coordination, and resolution including root cause analysis.
- Support and validate system integration in customer environments, defining end-to-end scenarios with failure and recovery paths.
- Define and execute test strategies, plans, functional, integration, and regression testing with full traceability to requirements.
- Provide technical quality leadership across projects, ensuring timelines, standards, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Define, analyze, and document requirements, maintaining auditable test plans, reports, and release readiness assessments.
- Coordinate with global engineering, support, operations teams, and third-party vendors across time zones.
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 6+ years’ experience in software testing, including complex systems and integration testing.
- Proven technical leadership in software delivery, system integration, or customer support.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, defect management, and production support operations.
- ISTQB Advanced Level (or equivalent) certification.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills under pressure.
