What you will do

• Design and execute regional operations strategy aligned with commercial and regulatory inputs.
• Oversee manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, quality and facilities sub-functions for alignment and visibility.
• Drive operations excellence initiatives to reduce cycle times, improve delivery, quality and costs.
• Deploy world-class safety culture, productivity gains and inventory reductions across functions.
• Execute annual operating plan within budget and manage regional HR processes.
• Develop and promote regional talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or related; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 20+ years in manufacturing operations with supply chain, quality or materials management; 12+ years in people management.
• Experience in M&A, organizational change, restructuring, process redesign and systems implementations.
• Expertise in LEAN manufacturing, product industrialization and change management.
• Strong understanding of business process redesign and financial concepts (OPEX, CAPEX).
