What you will do

• Manage end-to-end contract manufacturing projects from concept initiation to product finalization.
• Develop and implement sourcing guidelines aligned with business requirements and product categories.
• Establish contingency plans and risk mitigation strategies for technical and business risks.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop strategic partnerships with external manufacturing vendors.
• Serve as the primary point of contact from demand planning through to final delivery.
• Conduct commercial and technical negotiations to ensure vendor performance and compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or sourcing, preferably in toy or consumer products.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, product costing, and vendor management.
• Strong command of written and spoken Cantonese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Willingness to travel to China and Southeast Asia as required.
