What you will do

• Own the full P&L, making strategic trade-offs across UA, LiveOps, and feature development to drive revenue and LTV expansion.
• Define a 12-month product vision and roadmap that prioritizes high-impact bets over incremental changes.
• Align product and marketing into a single growth system to improve conversion, retention, and payback cycles.
• Build and develop a cross-functional A-team across Product, Design, Engineering, Economy, and Marketing.
• Establish execution excellence through clear goals, tight sprint execution, and rigorous post-mortems.
• Design scalable processes for prioritization and experimentation to compound organizational knowledge.

Requirements

• End-to-end business leadership experience within the free-to-play (F2P) industry.
• Ability to translate a clear product vision into a focused roadmap of high-impact bets.
• Strong analytical rigor combined with product intuition to make fast, high-quality decisions under uncertainty.
• Proven track record of aligning product, UA, and LiveOps into a cohesive growth system with measurable ROI.
• Experience building high-performing autonomous teams and managing talent density.
• Clear and direct communication skills for aligning diverse stakeholders in complex environments.
