What you will do

• Support daily operational investment processes and ensure tools follow appropriate business logic.
• Compile and manage large datasets from multiple sources to support investment systems.
• Create and distribute regular and ad hoc reports on fund assets, returns, and attributions.
• Execute regular validations to ensure accuracy of inputs for research and portfolio management.
• Interface with investment teams to resolve internal and external client queries.
• Define requirements and develop new automated processes to enhance organizational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, demonstrated through internships or academic work.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong computer skills, specifically advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Interest or experience in programming, with SQL, Python, or VBA viewed favorably.
• Must be based in Sydney
