What you will do

• Coordinate content productions for athletes and brand events, including logistics and on-set support during shoots.
• Manage social media schedules for Instagram and handle copywriting and asset uploads for redbull.com.
• Identify and coordinate collaborations with emerging creators, managing campaigns and building long-term relationships.
• Track media coverage, compile press reports, and maintain contact lists for media outlets and partners.
• Handle administrative tasks such as purchase requests and budget tracking.

Requirements

• Current university student in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Lima, Peru.
• English: Intermediate to advanced level (spoken and written) required.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms and social media culture.
• Strong interest in sports, music, gaming, and youth culture.
• Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• Previous internship or extracurricular experience in social media, content production, or influencer marketing.
