What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Listen product portfolio and normative data systems.
• Manage the integration and use of third-party surveying platforms.
• Research market trends and customer needs to validate product ideas and prioritize features.
• Create user stories, test prototypes, launch products, and measure performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence, commercial teams, data science, and engineering teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer and product champion within the organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Lead Product Manager role.
• Expertise in driving development for HR technology or talent management solutions.
• Strong skills in market research, product validation, and roadmap prioritization.
• Ability to write detailed user stories and manage technical product lifecycles.
