What you will do
- Build secure frameworks, guardrails, and library-level controls to make common vulnerability classes harder to introduce.
- Design security controls for AI-assisted development, including reusable rule packs and skills for coding agents.
- Embed security natively into existing developer workflows and internal platforms.
- Drive product security reviews for new launches and major architectural changes.
- Identify and eliminate systemic security debt across the organization.
- Shape security strategy, influence architecture, and drive execution across multiple teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, product security, or application security.
- At least 2 years of experience operating at a staff level of scope and impact.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or JS/TS.
- Experience building secure frameworks or guardrails that improve security across many teams.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate security into CI/CD, code review, and release processes.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience securing AI/LLM systems, agentic workflows, or AI-assisted development tooling.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization systems and cloud-native platform security.
