What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end settlement activities, including Accounts Receivable, funding, commissions, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and full accountability for defined settlement KPIs.
• Identify and escalate operational issues, risks, and bottlenecks.
• Analyze settlement flows, payments, and Accounts Receivable processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support business projects, integrations, and transitions to standardized operating models.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and product teams to prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Settlement Operations, Payments Operations, Finance Operations, or Business Analysis.
• Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable, payment flows, commissions, and reconciliations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues and improve processes.
• Experience working with KPIs, controls, and operational performance metrics.
• English: Good communication skills in both written and spoken English required.
• Location: Must be based in Vilnius, Lithuania for hybrid work.
