What you will do

• Manage the complete lifecycle of security trust projects, including scope definition and deliverable tracking.
• Establish and maintain programs to ensure compliance with regulated industry requirements.
• Lead customer and regulator audits, acting as a subject matter expert on hirify.global’s control environment.
• Respond to complex customer inquiries regarding security obligations and facilitate self-service enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in IT, Business, and Security to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Participate in sales calls to communicate security and compliance capabilities to potential customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of technical audit experience (e.g., SOC2, ISO, PCI-DSS, C5).
• Deep knowledge of regulations including EU AI Act, DORA, and NIS2.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven ability to build certification roadmaps based on regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Must be based in Germany or the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
• Experience with NIST 800-53 or HIPAA.
• Background in SaaS/Cloud solutions and database security.
• Knowledge of AI Security and compliance.
