About the Role

You design and specify new features across the growth product stack including swaps, on ramp/off ramp, staking, and yield. You translate business and product requirements into clear system specifications that enable efficient development and reliable integrations with third party providers. You design end-to-end feature logic across frontend, backend, and integrations with external providers. You define API interactions, data structures, and integration requirements with swap providers, fiat rails, staking protocols, and other third party services. You document business processes, system flows, and feature logic using structured methodologies and diagramming tools. You support development teams during implementation, clarify requirements, and ensure alignment between product intent and delivered functionality. You work closely with product leadership to validate feature concepts and ensure technical feasibility before development begins. You contribute to UI and UX design discussions with focus on clear product flows and logical system behavior. You analyze existing system processes and propose improvements to increase reliability, automation, and scalability. You assist in defining data requirements and support reporting logic where SQL or analytical queries are required.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a System Analyst, Product Analyst, or Technical Product Specialist.
• Experience working in financial services, fintech, crypto wallets, exchanges, or trading platforms is a strong advantage.
• Strong system analysis skills including requirements definition, process mapping, and system architecture understanding.
• Ability to document complex business logic clearly for engineering teams.
• Experience specifying integrations with external APIs and third-party services.
• Familiarity with mobile application environments and product flows.
• Working knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic data queries.
• Strong interest in crypto and blockchain products.
• Interest in AI tools and automation for product development and documentation workflows.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong cross-team coordination skills and ability to work closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities
