What you will do

• Develop and execute community strategies and create impactful content for hirify.global and its titles.
• Manage and moderate communities on Discord, Steam, and Reddit to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Drive daily engagement by interacting with players and encouraging discussions.
• Monitor player sentiment and translate community feedback into actionable insights for internal teams.
• Track community growth and engagement metrics to continuously refine performance.
• Handle sensitive crisis scenarios professionally to protect and strengthen brand reputation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in community management for highly engaged groups.
• Strong expertise in Discord management and moderation tools.
• English: C1 or higher required.
• Deep understanding of gaming culture and platforms including Reddit, Steam Hub, and TikTok.
• Experience analyzing community sentiment and driving growth initiatives.
• Background in the gaming industry and basic video/photo editing skills.
