What you will do

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance.
• Bachelors in STEM.
• Experience defining test requirements and test-system capabilities.
• Ability to support hardware integration, validation, and factory transitions.
• Strong systems-engineering and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with modeling, simulation, prototypes, or test-bed integration.
• Experience identifying technology risk, cost drivers, or affordability improvements.
• Ability to mentor teams and support implementation on major development programs.
