What you will do

• Develop a scalable and reliable ML training framework to support modeling needs.
• Enhance the developer experience for ML engineers by building tools for testing, validation, and data analysis.
• Drive model optimization and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with multiple modeling teams to align on architectural design tradeoffs.
• Implement and maintain large-scale data processing pipelines.

Requirements

• Experience with ML Platforms and building ML-based applications.
• Proven track record of building scalable, reliable infrastructure in fast-paced environments.
• Deep understanding of design tradeoffs and ability to reach technical alignment.
• Experience with model training, optimization, or large data processing.
• Compliance with U.S. national security laws and export control regulations is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in autonomous vehicles, perception, or decision-making domains.
• Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (logs processing, feature extraction, storage, and serving).
• Experience shipping large-scale ML products such as NLP or Computer Vision systems.
