What you will do

• Own QA for desktop apps and browser extensions, partnering with engineering, product, and design.
• Define and execute scalable testing strategies across multiple platforms and release channels.
• Introduce automation and processes to ship quickly without compromising reliability.
• Validate releases end-to-end and raise the quality bar for mission-critical surfaces.
• Mentor others and potentially manage a distributed QA team in Serbia.

Requirements

• Deep QA experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments balancing speed and quality
• Hands-on testing of desktop apps (Mac/Windows) and/or browser extensions (Chrome/Edge)
• End-to-end QA ownership: test planning, execution, release validation
• Systematic approach to quality with scalable processes and automation
• Strong technical judgment for collaborating on complex systems
• Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, initiatives, or team management
