What you will do

• Develop and support a production-grade Computer Vision system for real-world drive-thru environments.
• Fine-tune and optimize ML models using PyTorch and YOLO to improve performance based on usage data.
• Build and maintain production-grade Python systems and the end-to-end ML lifecycle.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and client stakeholders on requirements and solution design.
• Conduct on-the-ground testing and validation in dedicated real-world demo environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision and Machine Learning within production environments.
• Strong software engineering background with solid Python skills for maintaining production-grade systems.
• Hands-on expertise with PyTorch, object detection models (YOLO), and OpenCV.
• Deep understanding of the ML lifecycle, including training, evaluation, and deployment.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Location: Must be based in Latin America; valid US visa required for occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with TensorFlow.
• Understanding of Advanced Data Structures (Trees, Graphs).
• Experience working with LLMs.
• Experience mentoring or guiding other engineers.
• Background in restaurant tech or similar domains.
