Outbound Planner (Logistics)

TL;DR

Outbound Planner (Logistics): Managing outbound shipments and documentation for packaging and additional materials with an accent on domestic and export transport optimization. Focus on coordinating with logistics operators, ensuring on-time delivery, and driving operational excellence via TPM/WCM.

Location: Monte Mor, São Paulo, Brazil. Not sponsoring work visas or relocation.

What you will do

• Plan and manage outbound shipments according to customer schedules to ensure on-time arrival.
• Track shipments and proactively identify and communicate deviations to mitigate impacts.
• Coordinate with commercial teams to monitor end-to-end transport management.
• Maintain relationships with shipping lines, logistics operators, freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
• Provide assistance with customs clearance processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focusing on efficiency, productivity, and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement initiatives (TPM or WCM).
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Availability to work from 11 AM to 8 PM.
• Must have legal authorization to work in Brazil.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management) or other TMS.
• Spanish language skills.
