What you will do

• Partner with clients to define cloud adoption strategies and AI-driven innovation roadmaps.
• Architect Azure-based solutions for infrastructure, application, and data modernization.
• Integrate Agentic AI, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot extensions into adaptive enterprise applications.
• Lead application transformation initiatives, including re-platforming and re-architecting legacy workloads.
• Provide delivery governance, technical oversight, and mentorship for cloud engineering teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, RFP responses, and the development of Azure service offerings.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Azure solution architecture and consulting.
• Expertise in Azure Compute (AKS, Functions), Data & AI (OpenAI, Cosmos DB), and Integration (Logic Apps, Service Bus).
• Proven experience in application modernization and cloud-native design.
• Experience designing Agentic AI architectures leveraging reasoning and orchestration.
• Strong background in DevOps, CI/CD, and IaC (Terraform, Bicep, ARM).
• Must be based in or be able to work from Toronto, Calgary, Ottawa, or Montreal

Nice to have

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate or Data & AI Fundamentals.
• TOGAF, ITIL, or Design Thinking certifications.
