What you will do

• Provide technical support and well-thought-out directions to customers for solving issues and platform use.
• Take ownership of customer issues, including initial troubleshooting, root cause identification, and resolution or escalation.
• Build rapport with backline engineers and collaborate on complex issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations on response quality, timeliness, and overall experience.
• Collect information, reproduce reported behavior, and document bugs with Engineering.
• Create process and troubleshooting documentation to enhance the support knowledge base.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in providing technical support for software solutions.
• Deep technical background with hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting security and/or endpoint technologies.
• Experience with Salesforce, JIRA, and Github.
• Proven experience with managing external and internal stakeholders.
• Experience working with complex endpoint DLP solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Located in Bucharest or Cluj, Romania.
