What you will do

• Assemble machine sections and combinations from complex drawings and numerous components requiring precise skill for alignment, fitting, and performance.
• Perform complex operations on rotating shafts, gear trains, sprockets, and mechanical structures to exact tolerances.
• Use measuring instruments to level, align work, detect run-out, and ensure square, concentric, parallel fits.
• Detect defects, report issues, assist in resolving assembly problems, and maintain workflow.
• Complete documentation, collaborate on process improvements, generate work instructions, and train others.
• Multi-task, communicate across teams, and act as backup to group lead as needed.

Requirements

• Located in Sheboygan, WI for onsite full-time work
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 4+ years experience in mechanical, automotive maintenance, repair, or assembly environment
• Skill in reading complex drawings, precise assembly, and using measuring tools
• Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, be flexible, and collaborate across departments
