What you will do

• Contribute to the long-term vision of achieving a modern, service-based architecture.
• Own full-stack software features from inception through delivery.
• Collaborate on architecture designs, product roadmaps, and code reviews.
• Analyze complex ecosystems to determine optimal technical approaches and drive change.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across the entire application stack.
• Mentor team members and set high engineering standards for the core platform.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, SQL, and AWS.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Ember, Angular, or React (motivation to learn Ember is required).
• Strong understanding of REST, service-based architecture, and distributed systems.
• Legal authorization to work in Poland from the first day of employment.
• Demonstrable knowledge of using AI in a professional engineering environment.
