What you will do

• Analyze the efficiency of sustainable energy conversion plants using large datasets and statistical methods.
• Participate in the decarbonization of existing heating grids and industrial projects.
• Develop technological modules to standardize and accelerate internal processes.
• Implement measures to increase plant energy efficiency using digital tools.
• Collaborate with an international expert team to maintain structured knowledge management.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a university degree in mechanical, energy, process, or industrial engineering.
• Interest and initial experience in the energy industry (e.g., heat pumps, thermal networks, storage systems).
• Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis.
• Full working proficiency in English.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
