Location: Hybrid (Liege, Belgium). Possibility to work remotely up to 50%.

What you will do

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from defining needs to signing contracts.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
• Write compelling job descriptions and manage postings across relevant channels.
• Screen and assess candidates using structured interviews and assessment tools.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to support the decision-making process.
• Represent the company at events, meetups, and other talent-focused activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in tech, digital, or fast-growing environments.
• Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT roles and technical terminology.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Must be based in or able to work in Liege, Belgium.
• Ability to assess both technical competencies and soft skills.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
