What you will do

• Lead and execute clinical development for oncology studies in molecular residual disease monitoring.
• Develop study concepts, including design, assessment schedules, endpoints, and eligibility criteria.
• Author study protocols and provide critical feedback on supporting documents and health authority responses.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to design case report forms (CRF) and author completion guidelines.
• Oversee real-time clinical data reviews and manage CRO performance.
• Represent the company at scientific meetings, trade shows, and medical conferences.

Requirements

• PhD, RN, or MS degree.
• 5-8 years of experience as a Clinical Scientist, preferably in oncology clinical strategy and execution.
• Experience with randomized controlled trials.
• Proficiency in project management and scientific writing.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel periodically (15-20%).
