What you will do
- Use AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot to draft and refine web pages, social media posts, blog articles, and case studies.
- Develop prompt libraries and AI-assisted workflows to improve content velocity while preserving brand voice.
- Create business development assets, including capability statements, win-theme messaging, and proposal narratives.
- Conduct user research, persona development, and SEO keyword analysis to inform content strategy.
- Optimize digital content for SEO, metadata, and accessibility following WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
- Collaborate with marketing designers and program managers to align content with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of an associates, bachelor's, or master's program, or a career changer with experience in writing or marketing.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt voice and tone for different audiences.
- Comfort experimenting with AI tools and a willingness to learn prompt engineering.
- Ability to work a full-time, hybrid schedule from the Baltimore area for the 10-week program duration.
- Interest in government technology, civic tech, or public-interest mission-driven work.
