What you will do

• Direct the planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods and laboratory processes.
• Ensure strict compliance with CLIA/CAP guidelines and good manufacturing practices at all times.
• Manage budgets, staffing, labor, and capital expenditures to optimize production and performance.
• Lead and mentor high-performance teams, establishing professional development goals and coaching.
• Develop and analyze departmental KPIs to drive operational efficiency and optimization.
• Represent the company during audits, client calls, and technical visits.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree in a STEM-related field; Biological Sciences preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing manufacturing or CRO production teams.
• Direct experience in Molecular Biology.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Austin, TX.
