Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, performant, secure systems in continuous delivery environments.
• Write clean, modular code with unit test coverage and standardize design patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the software development lifecycle.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive solutions, and reduce technical debt.
• Produce documentation, architecture diagrams, and advocate for best practices in testing and code quality.
• Troubleshoot production issues using monitoring, metrics, and logging.

Requirements

• 5+ years architecting platforms with Ruby on Rails, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript.
• 3+ years with relational/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
• Experience with caching (Redis), cloud environments, frontend frameworks (Vue.js, Vuetify, Angular).
• APIs (REST, GraphQL), background processing (Sidekiq), microservices architectures.
• Work in geographically dispersed agile teams; strong engineering best practices.
