Compensation Range: $4,415.00 - $4,845.00 CAD Monthly

What you will do

• Conduct literature reviews and design experiments for EBCs on ceramic matrix composites.
• Process coatings using plasma spray technology.
• Perform mechanical and thermal testing on coated materials.
• Conduct metallurgical and microstructural characterization using optical and electron microscopy.
• Interact with industrial collaborators and prepare written and verbal project reports.

Requirements

• Graduation from a technical college or institute with minimum two years of related experience, or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Materials Engineering preferred, ideally from a Canadian university.
• At least two years of research experience in ceramic coatings, plasma spray processes, or ceramic composite materials.
