What you will do

• Lead critical projects in close collaboration with the Head of Design and Creative Directors.
• Oversee design quality and supervise designers on dedicated clients and projects.
• Translate creative concepts into unique, innovative visual executions.
• Develop and innovate internal design methods, processes, and ways of working.
• Challenge existing work to break category conventions and maintain the highest craft standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional design experience.
• Proven leadership experience and a hands-on mentality.
• Proficiency in standard design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• An online portfolio demonstrating a progressive vision of design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Amsterdam to support the hybrid office model.

Nice to have

• Experience with branding, identities, and digital product design.
• Skills in motion design or 3D.
