TL;DR
HR Intern (Retail): Supporting the Global HR team with strategic and operational projects with an accent on HR analytics, data reporting, and international event management. Focus on optimizing HR processes, creating professional on-brand presentations, and coordinating the annual global performance review cycle.
Location: Hybrid in Hilversum. Must be able to work from the Hilversum office 3 days a week.
Salary: €450 per month (gross)

What you will do
- Participate in various Global HR projects aligned with the Global HR Strategy.
- Perform HR Analytics to report people data and derive insights for process improvement.
- Support the execution of the annual global performance review cycle.
- Manage international HR events, such as HR Away Days.
- Develop professional, on-brand presentations for Global HR meetings and the European Workers Council.
- Assist the Global HR Business Coordinator with stakeholder communication and data collection.
Requirements
- 3rd or 4th year Bachelor’s or Master’s student in HR, Psychology, or Business-related studies.
- Must be enrolled at a school or university for the full duration of the internship.
- Eligibility: EU citizen, Family/Partner visa holder, or non-EU student in the Netherlands with a mandatory curriculum internship or Nuffic Agreement.
- Available for 5 months starting September 2026, minimum 4 days a week.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with Canva or Lucidchart.

- Proficiency in additional languages.
