What you will do

• Redesign and automate processes with an end-to-end view to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Improve customer and employee experience using Power Platform tools.
• Contribute to scalable, resilient operations focused on high-value activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in agile teams on digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and PowerShell.
• Overall minimum 3 years experience in IT development.
• Skills in Microsoft stack: Logic Apps, Azure Functions, SharePoint, Dataverse; databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, NoSQL, Oracle.
• Languages: Python, Pyspark, Scala, PowerShell; tools: Microstrategy, Control-M, Kafka, Gitlab/GitHub, Jira, Confluence.
• English C1 level; Spanish is a plus.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree or technical certification; strong agile methodologies knowledge.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of data revision and process supervision.
• Experience with major global clients in banking or similar sectors.
