What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding, configuration, connector deployment, and integration activities.
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather, document, and validate client technical requirements.
• Design scalable implementation approaches and best-practice technical solutions.
• Manage data migrations from on-premises platforms to modern cloud environments.
• Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancements and custom technical requirements.
• Train customers and create technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience implementing SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ECM, or EDRMS solutions.
• 3+ years in a client-facing technical consulting or implementation role.
• Proficiency with Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Entra ID.
• Experience designing and deploying SaaS and PaaS cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of migrating customers to modern cloud platforms.
• Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with records or information management solutions.
• Direct experience with hirify.global products.
• Knowledge of security principles and controls in cloud environments.
• Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
