Location: Hybrid (Sydney or Melbourne, Australia)
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead technical onboarding, configuration, connector deployment, and integration activities.
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather, document, and validate client technical requirements.
- Design scalable implementation approaches and best-practice technical solutions.
- Manage data migrations from on-premises platforms to modern cloud environments.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product enhancements and custom technical requirements.
- Train customers and create technical documentation, runbooks, and user guides.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience implementing SharePoint, Microsoft 365, ECM, or EDRMS solutions.
- 3+ years in a client-facing technical consulting or implementation role.
- Proficiency with Azure, Microsoft 365 Administration, and Entra ID.
- Experience designing and deploying SaaS and PaaS cloud solutions.
- Proven track record of migrating customers to modern cloud platforms.
- Must be based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with records or information management solutions.
- Direct experience with products.
- Knowledge of security principles and controls in cloud environments.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell or Python.
