Senior Product Manager

TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Public Safety SaaS): Lead the strategic modernization of mission-critical systems for Police, Fire, and EMS with an accent on product vision, lifecycle management, and P&L accountability. What you will do

• Define product vision and long-term strategic direction through targeted modernization initiatives.
• Articulate business cases, identify market opportunities, and define success metrics.
• Manage full product development lifecycle from concept to post-launch optimization.
• Oversee P&L and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with customers, marketing, designers, and engineers to simplify workflows and enhance safety.
• Champion UX transformation by applying modern design principles to legacy systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; 7+ years of product experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or public safety.
• Hands-on experience with strategic execution, pricing, business cases, and P&L management.
• Technical acumen with software concepts like APIs and cloud architectures.
• Experience leading UI/UX redesigns or integrating emerging technologies into mission-critical platforms.
• Expertise in Agile frameworks, JIRA, Confluence; Aha! is a strong asset.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and executives.
