Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack)

What you will do

• Take end-to-end ownership of features from requirement understanding through design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-release stability.
• Build across the full stack: frontend (Angular), backend services and APIs (.NET, C#, Python), and data layer (PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Write clean, testable code, participate in code reviews, and design maintainable, reusable solutions.
• Identify risks and blockers early, propose solutions, and contribute to platform work like API design and reliability.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Infrastructure teams, and communicate to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in agile ceremonies and sprint planning.

Requirements

• US Citizen (company only able to hire US Citizens).
• 8+ years professional software engineering experience with fullstack delivery across frontend, backend, and data layers.
• Proven track record owning features end-to-end with accountability for quality and outcomes.
• Strong software design fundamentals: API design, data modeling, separation of concerns.
• Experience working independently with ambiguous requirements.
• Ability to mentor juniors and strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries, compliance, security, or risk management (GRC, FedRAMP, NIST).
• Background in enterprise SaaS scaling.
• Cloud native development in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Observability, performance profiling, production issue diagnosis.
• AI and ML integration in products.
